I seem to be a bit "Rusty" too wrt CW. There is (or used to be) an ad in 
CQ Magazine for CW tapes that uses hypnosis to improve your CW ability. 
Have you used them? Does it work? Is it worth spending that kind of money 
(giving our 5 to 1 exchange rate) on the tapes etc?
