[CQ-Contest] Several ops needed for CQ WW SSB & CW

As the CQ WW SSB and CW DX Contests rapidly approach, the W3LPL
multi-multi station once again has several "empty seats" to be filled.

Baltimore-Washington Airport (30 minutes from my QTH) has many cheap
flights from all around the USA (and also many overseas destinations) for
any contesters that might care to join the W3LPL contest team for a
weekend.
