I suggest that the log-keepers post either by web page or by reflector a
list of all from whom they have received email logs.

This should be sent out as a master mailing at the deadline, as well.

Nothing like having a positive confirmation that your logs are in the log!
When sending paper logs, I always enclose a postcard to be returned to me
on their receipt.  ARRL's confirming message for email submissions is also
a Good Thing.
