UBA Contest 1998 - SSB
        Starts every year the LAST saturday of January at 13:00 UTC and ends
on sunday at 13:00 UTC. (24 hours)
                31 January 1998 to 1 February 1998

UBA Contest 1998 - CW
        Starts every year the LAST saturday of February at 13:00 UTC and
ends on sunday at 13:00 UTC. (24 hours)
                28 February 1998 to 1 March 1998

Date fixing differs from the past to avoid clashes with f.e. the ARRL Contest.
