[CQ-Contest] REMINDER: Subscribing to contest-related reflectors

To subscribe to a contest-related reflector, make sure to use the
-REQUEST form of the address.  Here are some addresses:

	3830-REQUEST at contesting.com	(3830 at contesting.com)
	ct-user-REQUEST at ve7tcp.ampr.org	(ct-user at ve7tcp.ampr.org)
	na-user-REQUEST at contesting.com	(na-user at contesting.com)
	trlog-REQUEST at contesting.com	(trlog at contesting.com)

Put *only* the word SUBSCRIBE or UNSUBSCRIBE in the message body.

If you are having problems, use the OWNER- form of the address, for
example OWNER-3830 at contesting.com
