[CQ-Contest] contest equity...another attempt

Hi WPX proponents and detractors,

I don't care if you consider this an "option" for the WPX, CQWW, ARRL, or
AA...it's just an idea directed at intra-USA equity.

Since us "East Coast" guys are so good at working EU and since others are so
good at working the USA, and since the left coast is so good at JA and USA,
how about if:

PX for mults, all qso's count 3 points each, 48 hours. PERIOD!

Think about it....carefully!
