Re:  points for adjacent Zones, etc.

Do we REALLY want to encourage  SAME  COUNTRY  QSO's,
for points,  in the CQ  WW   DX   Contest?

	I   DON'T   THINK  SO !


Re:  Moving the CQ  WW   CW   contest dates

The only open weekend in November is between the CW and SSB
SWEEPSTAKES.   Probably not a good idea.  

The first two weekends in December are taken by the 160M and 10M
contests.   Would you like it the weekend before Christmas?  NOT!

The Last  Weekend in SEPTEMBER looks interesting for a WW kind
of contest:  
	It is just after the Equinox.  The sun follows the equator
	and EVERYONE,  EVERYWHERE has 12 hour days and
	12 hour nights.  VE3BMV once proposed a September
	contest for this very reason.   Maybe it's time to revive 
	that proposal (but NOT for CQ  WW  CW).

KEEP  IT   SIMPLE:   3  POINTS FOR  ALL  DX  TO  DX  CONTACTS. 

PERIOD.
