to suggest that we change the suggested frequencies for NAQP SSB on 28 
mhz.  Our write-ups now suggest 28600 and 28450 for novices.  I can't 
find any activity on 28600 and when I suggest that for a quick QSY, the 
other station always responds with a frequency between 28300 and 28500. 
 I don't think the 28600 suggested frequency serves a useful function 
any more and I doubt that it will be different when the sunspots 
improve.  Why not just say 28450?  73, John, K4BAI.
