[CQ-Contest] EU HF amazing referee!

Here is the msg that director of the EUHFC asked me to relay into reflector
as an answer:

Hello Law,

as you can see in my comments of the EUHFC97, the logs were very carefully
checked with PC programme. Mosta bad QSO's in your log were wrong received
multipliers. In all we have found more than 8%non valid QSO's in your log:

53 bad QSO's and 3 non valid multipliers , i.e. 
penalty of 212 QSO POINTS and 3 less MULTIPLIERS.

So, your listed final score is correct, but I am very sorry for the typo
mistake in band by band list. It will be corrected in EUHFC results booklet
which all the competitors will receive by mail. You will additionaly receive
an award for 7th place in the SSB category.
