[CQ-Contest] "Worked Before" stupidities

I am split regarding that. In last CW WW I worked everyone who
come back 2nd, 3rd .. time without asking. On CW, I think that
saves time, and is better than arguing with someone. In that
WW CW I had at the end approx. 15% of dupe calls.

Contrary on SSB I usually say 'we worked before' and very rarely
station comes back with another 'dupe call'. This means that
correspondent recognised his 'dupe call'. I like keeping log
clear if possible. It is also my belief that many casual
low-power tribander stations do not use computer checking.
On the other side, it happened several times that some
recognised M/M stations called for 'dupe QSO' and saw it later.

But, as you demonstrated, there are occasions when some station
do not want to give QSO point, apparently this is 'dupe', but
is not. I do not argue, except in the case of important mult.
