[CQ-Contest] Contest Exchange

In CT, if you put in "BK" for his report it will still score him properly.
(Delimma solved!)  Many casual contesters may not know the proper exchange, but
I'm sure we can count them if we get all the information.  After all, how much
time was he saving by sending "BK" ???  (Not really cheating, I think.)
