Great comments all around on this one.  Hey N4IR...how about investing less
than $10.00 (snail mail) or use Email and contact those 28 (or those 28-4!)
and see what they actually have in their logs at the time YOU think you the
INITIAL qso's!  Wonder how many 1) have your busted 2) have nothing even close
to your call at those times.  That would REALLY add some light to the matter
of "work 'em anyway!"
