[CQ-Contest] Sprint exchange reminder

Don't forget the recommended order for exchanges in the Sprint
this weekend. This is not in the rules, and it is not mandatory,
but it makes the contest more fun. If you do not follow the
convention, people will be calling you at inappropriate times,
clobbering your current QSO.

W1ABC DE W2XYZ 23 BOB NY
Means that W2XYZ is not going to inherit this frequency after
the QSO is over. W1ABC will inherit, and he hasn't sent his
exchange yet. Stand by.

W2XYZ 43 JIM NH DE W1ABC
Means that the qso is over, and W1ABC has just inherited the
frequency. CALL NOW!
