[CQ-Contest] State QSO parties

A good idea; but how workable is it? We had to choose our weekend not 
only to avoid other non-QSO party contests, but also to avoid a couple 
of local amateur radio related events (mainly hamfests) that we knew 
the attendance would be high, thus cutting into our participation. I'm 
sure that other organizers have faced the same considerations, & I don't 
see how exactly this could be addressed to everybody's satisfaction. 

But I do like the idea in principle & agree with it's aims.
