[CQ-Contest] ICE 419 bandpass filter manual?

I lost the manual to my ICE 419 multi-bandpass filter, and need to 
get some info from it (specifically, need the pinouts of the DIN 
connector to hook up for auto-band switching). Can anyone fax a copy
