On behalf of the Twin City FM Club, I would like to announce the 1st
Annual Minnesota QSO Quest, to be held on 06-07 February 1999. Full rules

This is a HF/VHF contest CW/SSB, with 4 MN operating classes, 3 W/VE
operationg classes, & 2 DX operationg classes. Plaques & prizes to be
awarded.
