[CQ-Contest] Public Reporting of UBN data

Hi All!

My opinion is that everyone who get a plaque should get UBN numbers published
in the magazine.  We need to give appropriate recognition for all aspects of 
the achievement.

Anyone who submits a golden log (zero deductions) AND wins a plaque
should be automatically inducted into the Hall of Fame!

The overall percent reduction goes in the top-ten box with the score and 
band by band deductions go right alongside the band by band QSO breakdown
numbers.  

I also predict that those who excel in this area (they are already
exchanging  their full UBN files) will soon be posting to this reflector
the predictable
testosterone laden brag messages.  

Isn't competition fun?  :)
