Santa Cruz beats Riverside on a per capita basis.

Riverside has 9 ZIP codes 92501-92509 (plus PO Bxes) for a total of
1,087 (Pop. 200,000).

But, Riverside is ahead on the highest count for a single ZIP code ...
92503 with 267.

So, we both win ... just wait for Los Angeles to check in. 8-)
