[CQ-Contest] Recording solution at OH0W

OH0W has a nice solution to recording a contest.  This is the correct URL to

It's still here:

Seems that the "~"-character that has changed at some point to a "ü" in 
my mail. This happens when the mail goes through different operating 
systems with different character sets ... If it has happened again just 
replace "~" preceding the word "sells" to a "tilde-character".
