[CQ-Contest] 10 meter contest

Hi Dan,

I'm sure you will have a great time.  My thought has always been that
you would only sign "/T" on CW where it counts.  Of course, there is
nothing wrong with signing it on phone, but I think it is optional. 
Most stations probably don't log it on phone and it will slow you down a
small bit.
