[CQ-Contest] DVP problem

Hi John,

Heil's don't have amplifiers and DVP doesn't pass power through the
board.  If you have to use an amplified mike you'll have to extend power
from the rig, around the DVP or use a mike with a battery inside like
the old, but reliable, D-104.
