[CQ-Contest] More RadioSwap Features Added

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I added the ability to
upload a picture with your postings to RadioSwap.  Currently it will take
.jpg images.  I'll look in to supporting other formats, but .jpg seems to
be universal these days.  

More features coming...
