[CQ-Contest] Logging SW support Telnet cluster?

my wintelnetx program (see
http://www.berkshire.net/~robbins/software.html ) can take your internet
computer and feed telnet cluster connections to your logging computer
(assuming they are separate).  

if you have only one computer and have an isp that gives you a shell
account you can replace your tnc with a telephone modem and use the
shell account telnet program that way.
