[CQ-Contest] 160m Newbie Question

Hoping to put up a 160m antenna for the first time in
my hamming career, and don't have a clue what portion
of the band is commonly in use during cw and ssb dx
contests.  Would appreciate help with the info since I
need to dimension the antenna.
