I go along with this. There should be someting unique in every
exchange - where's the skill in sending 59100 or 5914 for every
QSO?

Why not vary RST?  SD lets you vary RST Sent and will generate
random values between 33(9) and 59(9) if you want.  Sure slows
down the opposition.
