[CQ-Contest] Grid Square Contest

I operated the WWL contest once. It was a blast!  Tons of participation
from EU in it.  Everyone in EU knew their grid square, but that's about it.
 

I agree with everything that Doug, N6RT said too.  
Don't try to change everything!  It gets rather frustrating after a while
