station with a bad signal.  I do not like SSB, and only operated SSB in the
10M contest because I wanted to hit a pre-determined score and needed the
mults.

I am quite sure that many casual contesters will not bother to call a person
with a bad signal.  I know there were several high power stations on in the
contest who I could  not even pick out their calls their signals were so
dirty.  They were 20 db over S9, but I couldn't understand a word they were
saying.  I passed them up.  Went on the stations with the good audio.
Rewarding them for their fine achievement!
