I think it's a good investment for a contester to answer all
qsl's. In the recent 10 meter contest, quite a few folks told
me "Thanks for the qsl."
There is currently a flood of qsl's coming in from the 3500 ssb
qso 10 meter contest. Many of these are from new hams and potential
future contest qso's, and many don't have sase's. I think it's
worth the investment of one of my deluxe 4 cent qsl's and a 20 cent
stamp to keep them happy and coming back for more qso's in the
future, especially when the 5wpm Generals start showing up on
all bands.
