[CQ-Contest] qsl's w/o sase

This has been an interesting thread - hackels up, hackels down,
etc. I wonder, can we send packs of cards to stateside hams via
the incoming QSL buro's? Can I bundle up all the 8's I get w/o
SASE and send them to the 8-land incoming buro? That wouldn't
do anything about the price of the cards (neither does a SASE)
but it sure would help with the postage!
