I think the rule change is good.  I plan on operating my first WPX in
probably 15 years because of the rule change. I have not operated in a long
time for a number of reasons, but primarily didn't like running around
working guys with weird calls for the mults, knowing they need another W9
as much as they need another dupe.  

I don't think I am the only one who feels that way. I have to believe it
will increase participation. At any rate, when the band is open to DX, that
is what I plan to work.
