[CQ-Contest] internet versus the average ham.

Today I got big hand logs for the CQ 160 contests from RA4NW, LY2LY and
KH6CC.  I got a whole spate of hand W/K logs for both CW and SSB.

Maybe our discussions on this reflector don't even affect most of the world

They probably don't care if we check to closely.  Hand logs get the same
treatment as e-mail or diskette logs form me and the checking program.  In
fact more hand logs have been disqualifed over the years.

Maybe we need to get back to earth.  I think its just as bad to not follow
instructions on summary sheet or dup log requirements than to have a few not
in logs each time.
