[CQ-Contest] Contesting Presentation

I would like to thank everyone on the reflector who sent me ideas and
material for a Contesting Presentation.  

I ended up doing a VERY brief mention of contesting history, 20 mins of
the CQ Getting Started in Contesting video, then the rest was discussion
of a contest station, some of my own experiences with contests, followed
by a brief discussion of Internet contesting resources then a Q&A session.

I thought it was only going to be about a 45 minute presentation and that
got blown out to over an hour when I got wound up talking about contest
stations and operating.
