1999   15M     509     2680       19.0% !!!

So, Jan, could you please explain to me how this
new rule makes it the American QSO party and yet
I've just experienced my lowest percentage of USA
QSOs?  Please explain and back up your comments
with similar, actual facts.  Thank you.
