[CQ-Contest] NCCC Meeting in Reno

The Northern California Contest Club is sponsoring a "Sierra Chapter" meeting 
in Reno on October 23. This meeting is for anyone interested in contesting or 
anyone who is even curious about contesting. All are welcome. If you will be
