[CQ-Contest] CQ Certificates

i just got a 1996 certificate for the cqww test.....3 years later!!
volunteers or not 3 years is to long in my book.....why not charge a
small entrance fee and hire some help?

why not divert some this on going fanatical log checking effort into such
mundane tasks as getting out awards a bit sooner......???
