Correct Doug. S9+ in my log was when somebody was constantly over S9,
not just a little for a few milliseconds.

So, you did QRP.
5 Watts QRP + 22 dB = 750 Watts out. Your calculation seems OK to me..

It was very interesting to make this list. However, condx may change
over time or somebody was beaming Africa when I worked him. That may
explain why somtimes signals were not what one would expect.

Let's see...if his definition of S9+ is 10 db over S9, and if there are
6db 
per S unit, then I'm 22 db down from the big boys...sounds about right
to me!
