[CQ-Contest] Xcvrs as carry-ons

They have not asked me to turn on the radio, but they did asked me
to turn on the laptop a couple of times. I have heard that they
have asked ops to turn their radio's on and their reply was, "The
power supply is in the checked luggage because it is sturdier than
the radio" and they were let thru.
