I sent this out direct, but I believe ATTA BOYS need to be 
broadcast.

The nice thing about this episode, Bruce spotted and narrowed in on
the problem, Dan dug in right away and a resolution is under way.
Both Dan and Howie (our Vice Director in the Central Division)
got notices out in a timely order.
