[CQ-Contest] ARRL DX Scoring error

	Although my relative standing was probably not affected by this
	problem, I have to say that I am quite impressed with the way Dan
	and others at the league, as well as the software writer involved,
	tracked down and corrected this problem.  (Incidently, this is not
	the first time I have seen Dan respond quickly to a problem in his
	department.)

	Well done guys, it's nice to know the league is so responsive when
	this kind of problem arises!
