[CQ-Contest] software needed

i am working on revamping my propagation analysis program and would like to make
it import from an interchangeable log format this time.   since i hate to
reinvent the wheel, does anyone have a process to convert cabrillo into an
access database or excel spreadsheet?
along with that does anyone have an access or excel process that converts
callsigns to country and/or lat/lon?
