[CQ-Contest] free software update available

Version 3.00 of my WinTelnetX program is now available at:

It rearranges the windows and makes setting up connections to telnet clusters
even easier.  It includes info on use with the latest CT built in ethernet.  It
also includes bug fixes, filtering of dupe dx spots, an automatic startup switch
for shortcuts, the capability of logging everything to a file, and several other
new features.
