[CQ-Contest] KT34XA Parts source? - Lexan Insulator

Does anyone know where I can get an element mount -  Lexan Insulator
(Element to Boom for D2) for a KT 34 XA?
I've tried M2 but they don't have these element mounts for sale separately.
Any help greatly appreciated.
