[CQ-Contest] WRTC 2004 ?

Rumor said that YCCC is thinking about it, and OH Contest Club is thinking
about it. Finns think about having all stations on boats in the sea, so that
there would be equal elevation, and equal ground for all... Sounds
interesting.
