[CQ-Contest] WRTC 2004 ?

    As I announced at tthe WRTC-Seattle, WRTC-San Francisco and WRTC2000 
sponsored evening at the ice rink, the Contest Club of Finland and the Yankee 
Clipper Contest Club have both indicated high interest in sponsoring the next 
WRTC. 

    They are both having club get-togethers in August where they will discuss 
it. Both groups are enthusiastic and have excellent people willing to help. I 
talked with  members of both clubs while I was at Bled and we will be in 
touch in the near future.

    The WRTC Sanctioning Committee is discussing having the next one sooner 
than four years to take advantage of the sunspots and also because we all 
want to get together again soon!

    Our heartfelt thanks to the Slovenian Contest Club for doing such an 
amazing job with the WRTC2000!!!!!
