The first paragraph is mostly agreable but cant't be constrained or used to
blame SO2R operations only.
Also the "assisted" category  (or fake unassisted) can lead the operator to
"jump" back and forth his run frequency when a needed packercluster spot
appears. Also anyone with a 2nd VFO or a dual watch rig can decide to run
his pile up meanwile scanning the band and calling somewere else. All the
above cases apply also to MS were a 2nd station can search mults, or needed
qsos, and then stopping the main station to make the QSO.In a split
operation happens not to listen on the TX channel for more than a while, but
the frequency is in use. Etc. etc.
The utterly inept, if existing, creates a lot of bad feelings independetly
if using one or two rigs, and he's not only existing on the SO2R side.
