Just as a matter of interest, Dan, the ARRL Contest Director stated
yesterday
at the Atlanta Hamfest that this matter had been discussed and NO
changes to the rules are anticipated.

He also stated that for submissions for DXCC after July 1, 15 meters
will be returned to the printouts.
