[CQ-Contest] FCC reg number

Folks,
  I should know this, but I can't find it...
The power company is going to contact me in the morning
concerning my power line noise and I want to have the FCC
regulation number that  says that the power company is
responsible for keeping their equipment noise free..
Anybody know the specific reg off the top of their head?
