[CQ-Contest] IDing During Contest

Hi:

It is contradictory but the stations that make the highest number of Qs
during the contest generally are those who identify themselves quiet often.
Just look at HC8A's totals, he managed to work nearly 10,000 Qs and still he
signed his callsign after finishing almost every QSO.
On the other hand some Caribean M-S, did not identify their station for at
least 8 Qs!! That is bad, specially when they show the number of contacts
they made.(At least 2000 less than Rich)
So, is it neccesary to remain unidentified for such a long time?
I guess signing your callsign every 2 or 3 Qs would be fine, but not 8-10!!
By the way, congrats to N6KT for being so a  gentle  while trying to achive
10 K Qs. He even used to say "Hi NNN", to the ops he knew. That's an
OPERATOR.
