[CQ-Contest] lock-outs

Hello all...our small multi-multi has finally decided amongst the ops that
we need to have a second station on the bands in order to be more
competitive...wonder if Tim K3LR, Frank W3LPL ,and Matt KC1XX would be
willing to share their lockout methods with the contesting community...in
that matter anyone else who may have a working design...it might save us
some development time not having to re-invent the wheel...I envsion using
my existing 160m, 80m and 40m station initially to prove the concept before
we go to the expense of adding rigs computers, etc.....how does one
co-ordinate between ops and how do you provide a 100% idiot proof method??
