good input, dave but i think there is little chance of real change in the
ss execpt for some new sections that are not very active...like ewa...
tell me why ewa is needed.....if it is i vote for an eor since thats where
my stn is...hi if i was rare the rate shud go up i suppose.....

i quit after 600 A qso's.....got tired of the lids that can't send their own
call let alone the
foot long exchange.....also tired of calling cq agn after nearly ever qso!
hate to see
what this event turns into in a few years as cw dies off! gess i got
spoiled
after cqww weekend...now that was fun!

all ideas put forth to spice up this event (like work em agn on every band)
have been
put down with disdain....so i don't see much change likely.......20 hours
outa 24 wud
suit me tho.......i probably will not do another serious sscw single op agn
and i have been
doin them since 1958........mebbe one of the other classess where i can get
someone else
to come in and share the FUN will wk !!

by way of a test i put my 2 club calls on, ai7b and ww7or on in the last 2
hours and i cud
not get much going even with new meat!! very interesting.....
